The way we respond to circumstances and events in our lives is shaped by our past experiences. How we receive information about a situation is filtered by what we think and believe. Often those beliefs are old and outdated. They no longer serve who we are what we want out of life. When we’re more conscious of our thoughts, we can change them. Pretty powerful stuff.
