It’s important to remember that there’s no need to try all three if you don’t feel like it. Everyone’s reaction to light is unique, and our goal is to find what works best for you. The environment during the session is just as important as the light itself. We provide music to enhance your experience, but it’s entirely up to you whether you want to include it. Your eyes will be closed during the entire experience.
